Facing Anxiety Group

A ten week skills training group designed for young people who would benefit from additional skills for managing their anxiety run by mental health clinicians at Greater Eastern Primary Health.

 TAKING REFERRALS NOW FOR THE NEXT OVER 18 GROUP (Ages 18-25).

This Greater Eastern Primary Health group is facilitated by a clinical psychologist.

The program is funded under the group sessions component of ATAPS. Thus there is no cost to clients.

Eligibility

• Aged 13-25 years of age
• Have a current Mental Health Treatment Plan
• Be diagnosed with an Anxiety Disorder as the Primary Diagnosis
