Australian Primary Care Collaboratives Launch National Wave
Following the successful 6th NSW Wave, Australian Primary Care Collaboratives (APCC) has decided to extend the program nationally. Funded by the Improvement Foundation on behalf of the Department of Health and Ageing the APCC Program works with small teams of general practices on a large scale to improve patient care.
