Our Company

Greater Eastern Primary Health is a not-for-profit company ensuring health services are locally available and accessible for general practice patients across the Outer East.

Greater Eastern Primary Health was founded in 1992 under the name of Knox Division of General Practice but in 2010 changed its business name to better support the mission of the board and that is to supply primary health to our community. GEPH supports the communities of Knox City Council, the postcodes of Croydon South and Kilsyth in Maroondah City Council and Ferny Creek, Tremont and Upwey from the Shire of Yarra Ranges with our offices located in Scoresby.  Find us on Google Maps.

The company provides support to 50 general practice clinics with 205 general practitioner members providing patient services to a community of 200,000 residents. The company is managed by a board of directors with four general practitioners and one independent.
